Terms of Service
Saved Ink is operated by Tair Asim in Barcelona, Spain. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Saved Ink turns public-account posts in your X bookmarks into a private paper that you can read and search. It connects through the official X API with read-only permission. Protected-account posts are not imported.
Saved Ink is not affiliated with or endorsed by X. You remain bound by X’s own terms when using X content. X may change or withdraw API access, and that can limit or interrupt Saved Ink.
Your account
You need an eligible X account and must be at least 16. Keep access to your X and Saved Ink accounts secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, and one person may not share an account with others.
Billing and cancellation
Saved Ink costs $15 a month or $135 a year, charged in advance by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel through the account page and continue using the paid service until the end of the current billing period. Payments are not partially refunded unless required by law. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before a price change applies to a renewal.
Posts and generated material
Posts remain subject to the rights of their authors and X’s terms. Saved Ink claims no ownership of them and displays them only inside your private account. Generated headlines, summaries, topics, sections, and embeddings help organize post content. They are not statements or inferences about your identity, beliefs, health, politics, or other personal characteristics.
Do not use Saved Ink to republish, scrape, sell, or redistribute X content, or to build a public archive of content obtained through your account.
Acceptable use
- Do not access another reader’s account or paper.
- Do not overload, reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass limits or security controls in the service.
- Do not use Saved Ink in a way that breaks X’s rules or the law.
Availability and ending the service
You can disconnect X, cancel, or delete your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or threatens the service. We may also change or wind down Saved Ink with reasonable notice. If we end a paid subscription early for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the unused prepaid period where appropriate.
Deleting your account removes your stored X content and generated data as described in the Privacy Policy. Data that must be retained for billing, fraud prevention, or legal compliance may remain for the required period.
Disclaimers and liability
Saved Ink is provided as available. We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access, complete imports, or perfectly accurate generated text. To the extent law permits, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Saved Ink in the twelve months before the claim.
Law and changes
Spanish law applies, without taking away mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be shown in the product or sent to the contact information available to us before they take effect.
